WELLNESS ICE CREAM
The protein-rich Wellness Ice-cream Casa is sold as a powder for preparing ice-cream and sorbets at home.
INSTRUCTIONS to make 1 kg of ice-cream:
450 g of Wellness Ice-cream Casa and 550 g of milk or water.
• For ice-cream: mix the ingredients with a blender or by other means until it is smooth and freeze for 3-4 hours. For best results, use an ice-cream maker.
• For sorbets and ice-cream drinks: whisk in a suitable container and serve.
INGREDIENTS
CREAM FLAVOUR: milk protein, whole milk powder spray (26% fat content), skimmed milk powder spray, maltodextrin, fructose, refined vegetable fats, maltitol, casein, whey protein, glucose syrup, lactose, inulin, live milk ferments Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Bifidobacterium bifidum, flavours.
Thickening agents: Tara flour, guar seed flour, carboxylmethyl cellulose.
Emulsifying agent: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids.
CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR: fructose, milk protein, unsweetened cocoa powder 22/24, whole milk powder spray (26% fat content), skimmed milk powder spray, maltitol, dextrose, maltodextrin, casein, whey protein, lactose, inulin, Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Bifidobacterium bifidum lactic ferments.
